Josh Norman expects to play Sunday, one week after being knocked unconscious (Shutdown Corner)

On Sunday, Washington Redskins cornerback Josh Norman had to be ushered off the field in Detroit after taking a nasty fall to the turf and briefly losing consciousness. Norman told Yahoo Sports he felt “good” after practice Friday, comparing his concussion symptoms to the hit he suffered against the Chicago Bears in 2014 that kept him out for two straight games. “That one was kinda tough, but this one doesn’t feel like it’s going to be an issue,” Norman said.
